Georgia’s PM to attend first international space summit in Paris

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will attend the first international summit on space issues in Paris at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron, the government press office said on Wednesday.
The summit, co-chaired by France and Germany, will focus on science and research, as well as security and defence issues.
Kobakhidze will also attend an official reception hosted by Macron for leaders participating in the summit.
The PM travelled to France with a delegation that includes Deputy Prime Ministers and Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, Defence Minister Irakli Chikovani, and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
