Lithuanian president awards Georgian professor, rector of Technical University

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda has awarded the rector of the Georgian Technical University, Professor Davit Gurgenidze, with the Knight’s Cross of the State Order  for “Merit for Lithuania” on the day of the country’s independence. 

Gurgenidze is in Vilnius at the invitation of Nauseda.

The award ceremony was held at the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Lithuania today.
