The situation outside restaurant Babilo where judges are attending a New Year’s celebration, remains tense as protesters confront attendees.

Some judges left the event early under police escort, facing chants of “Slave, slave!” from citizens gathered at the scene.

A few judges who departed before the event concluded were met with eggs thrown by protesters.

The atmosphere escalated multiple times, leading to the arrest of five demonstrators, according to reports. Law enforcement officers continue to maintain a heavy presence at the location to manage the situation.
