Rike Jugs in central Tbilisi, a former concert hall which was sold in its seventh auction attempt earlier this week, will house the museums of wine, digital art and technology, as well as exhibition and conference spaces.
The Global Victory Trust, the company which won the auction for 10 million GEL, has 36-month-time to arrange the museums and the spaces.
The construction was built back in 2012, in the last year of the United National Movement in office and is stretched on 15,000 square meters.
The construction of the two spaces cost about 75 million GEL and was designed to host music performances and events.
