Ukraine’s General Staff: Russian military deaths, injuries top 1,076,000

Russia has lost about 1,076,070 soldiers — killed and wounded — in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, including 910 in the past day, the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces said on Sunday.
The estimated total combat losses of the Russian military from February 25, 2022, to August 24, 2025, are as follows:

Armored combat vehicles – 23,167 (+3)
Artillery systems – 31,898 (+40)
Multiple launch rocket systems – 1,472 (+0)
Air defense systems – 1,211 (+0)
Aircraft – 422 (+0)
Helicopters – 340 (+0)
Operational-tactical UAVs – 53,056 (+121)
Cruise missiles – 3,598 (+0)
Warships / boats – 28 (+0)
Submarines – 1 (+0)
Vehicles and fuel tanks – 59,593 (+81)
Special equipment – 3,944 (+0)
The General Staff noted the figures were being updated daily as the war continued.
