Georgia’s First Lady, Tamar Bagrationi, has held a series of meetings in Washington with US-based advocacy figures, focusing on women’s health and the role of family values in public policy.
Bagrationi met with Valerie Huber and Brian S. Brown, alongside their delegations. The talks were also attended by Georgia’s ambassador to the United States, Tamar Taliashvili, as well as senior education and parliamentary representatives.
The discussions centred on women’s healthcare and the promotion of traditional family values - themes that have increasingly featured in Georgia’s domestic and international messaging.
In remarks released by the press service, Bagrationi underscored the importance of family in Georgian culture, presenting it as a cornerstone of social stability and national identity.
