US Congressman Wilson: anti-American ‘crooks’ in Georgian Dream have no standing to opine on US interests

Joe Wilson, co-chair of the US Helsinki Commission and a member of Congress, criticised members of the ruling Georgian party Georgian Dream on social media, calling them “anti-American crooks under the control of the Chinese Communist Party” and stating they have no right to express opinions on US interests.

“The State Department is correct. The CCP-owned, rabidly anti-American crooks of the Georgian Nightmare regime have no standing to opine on American interests”, Wilson wrote.

He emphasised that anyone carrying out tasks on behalf of Georgian Dream acts against US interests.

“Grateful my House colleagues overwhelmingly adopted a policy of non-recognition. Anyone carrying water for the Georgian Dream does so against the interests of America. MEGOBARI Act now,” he added.
