The bodies of three Georgian five killed while serving in Ukraine will be repatriated to Georgia on July 3, according to available information.
The three are Davit Kukchishvili, Giorgi Damenia, and Igor Bekurashvili, who were killed in separate combat operations on the frontline.
Damenia and Bekurashvili were killed on June 25 while fighting on Ukraine's eastern front.
Kukchishvili, the commander of the Georgian Partisans unit, was killed during combat operations in the Kharkiv direction.
More than 100 Georgian fighters have been killed since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
