Ukrainian charge d’affaires: Ukraine will never forget the support of the Georgian people

Charge d’affaires of Ukraine Andrey Kasyanov says that his country will never forget the support of the Georgian people during the hardship.  

 

He stated today that Ukraine has never been an  occupier and what the country is doing now is to defend its statehood and people. 

 

“We are protecting our women and children from invaders who want to conquer our people, our values ​​and our land. It is very painful when we receive information about the victims, it was not the choice of the Ukrainian people, this is the reality we had to face. We, the Ukrainians, sincerely thank the Georgian people for their support, this is what we will always remember and what we will never forget. Glory to Ukraine, glory to Georgia, long live Georgia, long live Ukraine!” Kasyanov said. 

 

He said that the Ukrainian people bow before the souls of the three Georgian volunteers who have been killed in Ukraine during hostilities.
