US citizen A.L. , who went missing in Georgia on February seven, has been found in Tbilisi, the Georgian Interior Ministry has confirmed.

His relatives and family members stated that the young man born in 1983 contacted them on February seven for the last time, while a taxi driver who knew him saw the man on February nine in Old Tbilisi in a poor condition.

The statement released by the friends of the man shortly after he went missing cited the taxi driver as saying that the man seemed not to be in his full senses and seemed not to have money.
