Zelensky: shelling of kindergarten in Luhansk a big provocation

Russian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that the recent shelling of kindergarten at Stanytsia Luhanska by pro-Russian forces is a big provocation. 

“It is important that the diplomats and the OSCE stay in Ukraine – their monitoring activities are an additional deterrent,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter.

According to preliminary reports children, who were present in the building at that time, are not injured. 

However, as reported, two workers received shell shock.
