Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to demand NATO to declare a no-fly zone over Ukraine which would stop bombing, meaning that NATO forces must shot Russian planes if they decide to enter the space.

“If you don’t, if you don’t give us at least planes so we can protect ourselves, there’s only one thing to conclude: you want us to be killed very slowly,” Zelensky said yesterday. He also stated that Russia is preparing to bomb Odessa, which is a strategically important port city on Ukraine’s Black Sea coast.

“Russian people always used to come to Odessa and they only knew warmth and generosity and what’s now? Artillery, bombs against Odessa. This will be a war crime. This will be a historic crime”, Zelensky said.

Zelensky appealed to the Russian people to make a choice “between life and slavery.”

The third round of talks between Ukraine and Russia is scheduled today.
