Theater and film representatives to spend night outside Georgian Parliament

Director Data Tavadze has announced that representatives of the theater and film industries will stay overnight on the steps of Parliament.

“Tonight, representatives of theater and film will spend the night on the Parliament steps. Join us. Solidarity with students. Solidarity with our arrested colleagues. Freedom for the regime’s prisoners,” Tavadze wrote.

Earlier today, the student movement of the Theater University reported that some students participating in the anti-governmental protests had their student status revoked. The affected students received official notices from the administration via email.
