His visit to Georgia will span a week, during which he will partake in various events. On March 21, he will grace the Georgia-Luxembourg football match, where he plans to present the championship belt to fans just 15 minutes before the game kicks off.


On February 16, the 27-year-old Georgian fighter clinched victory over Australian Alexander Volkanovski in the bout for the coveted belt, marking a historic moment as the first Georgian to attain UFC championship status.


Topuria's triumph against Volkanovski notched his 15th consecutive victory in MMA, showcasing an unbeaten career thus far.


Meanwhile, Volkanovski has successfully defended the championship belt on five consecutive occasions.
