PM Kobakhidze: Georgia trails Ukraine and Moldova only in negative indicators

Georgia is ahead of Ukraine and Moldova on positive indicators and trails them only in negative ones, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said on Wednesday.

“If Georgia is behind Moldova and Ukraine in anything, it is only in negative indicators. God forbid that we should overtake Ukraine and Moldova in any of these areas,” Kobakhidze told journalists.

He said Georgia was following its own path, centred on peace and economic development.

“We have our own path. Our path is the path of peace and economic development, and we will certainly continue along this path,” he said.
