Georgian Consulate to open in Krakow

The Consulate General of Georgia will begin operations in Krakow, Poland. According to the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the necessary procedures for its establishment were completed in cooperation with Polish authorities on February 11.

Ioseb Khakhaleishvili will lead the consulate and is set to assume his duties next week. The Consulate General will serve Georgian citizens in the Lubelskie, Małopolskie, Podkarpackie, and Świętokrzyskie regions.

The consulate will be based in Krakow, with an official opening ceremony planned in the near future. It will provide consular services to Georgian nationals residing in the designated regions.
