Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Monday said that while Moscow had no intention of attacking Europe, it was ready to respond militarily if necessary.
“We do not plan to attack Europe, there is absolutely no need for that. If, unexpectedly, Europe threatens to prepare for war against us and launches an attack on the Russian Federation, then, as the President has stated, this will not be a special military operation on our part, but a full-scale military response using all available military means,” Lavrov said.
