MP Makhashvili and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President visit occupation line near Khurvaleti

Chair of the European Integration Committee of the Georgian Parliament Levan Makhashvili on Sunday visited the occupation line near the village of Khurvaleti together with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Pere Joan Pons Sampietro, and members of his delegation.

The Parliament’s press office said Makhashvili briefed the delegation on the ongoing occupation of Georgian regions by Russia and its negative consequences.

He also informed them about the challenges faced by local residents living near the occupation line, as well as the security threats and risks related to the occupation for Georgia.
