The incident occurred when a car carrying four people veered into the river. One of the passengers managed to escape and was rescued by emergency responders. However, two bodies - a man and a woman - were discovered during the search, and efforts to locate the fourth individual are still ongoing.
Search and rescue teams, including divers, watercraft, and specialized units from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, have been deployed to the site. Firefighters are also participating in the operation.
One of the recovered bodies has been identified as 21-year-old Aitaj Mamedova, who was reported missing on April 1. The identity of the male victim has yet to be determined.
