Nika Gvaramia, one of the leaders of the Coalition for Change, has announced that his team plans to file a motion concerning opposition politician Elene Khoshtaria, citing concerns over her health as a participant in ongoing court proceedings.
According to Gvaramia, the court is obligated to consider the health condition of individuals involved in the process and assess whether any measures are necessary.
"We intend to submit a motion regarding Elene Khoshtaria, who remains a participant in this case. As a party to the proceedings, the judge is obliged to examine her health and, if necessary, take appropriate measures," Gvaramia said.
He added that if no action is taken, the coalition will discuss further steps from Monday. Gvaramia stressed that Khoshtaria's situation is currently the coalition's top priority, describing her as an important political figure, a leader of the coalition, and a mother of four.
He said that, for the time being, no other issue is higher on the coalition's agenda than Khoshtaria's condition.
