Heads of Georgia’s Finance Ministry Investigation Service and Revenue Service step down

The heads of two key agencies under Georgia’s Ministry of Finance have resigned from their posts, with new leadership expected to be presented on Monday.
Levan Kharabadze, head of the Ministry of Finance’s Investigation Service, and Mikheil Maghlakelidze, head of the Revenue Service, have both stepped down, according to the press offices of the two agencies.
Officials did not immediately provide reasons for the resignations.
The agencies said their new heads would be formally introduced on Monday.
Maghlakelidze was appointed head of the Revenue Service on April 27.
