Georgia’s women’s national football team claimed a 3–0 victory over Moldova in their second friendly match.
The home side dominated from the opening minutes and broke the deadlock in the 29th minute, when Moldovan goalkeeper failed to stop a header from Natia Danelia.
Just two minutes later, Tinatin Ambalia doubled Georgia’s lead, finishing off another well-constructed attack.
Danelia struck again shortly afterward, completing her brace and giving Georgia a commanding 3–0 advantage by halftime.
Georgia continued to control the match after the break, but were unable to add to the scoreline, with the game ending in a 3–0 win.
The teams’ first friendly, also played at the Davit Petriashvili Arena in Tbilisi, finished in a goalless draw.
