Head of the Georgian Border Police Davit Tamazashvili has held a farewell meeting with Captain First Rank Kobak Meric, deputy head of the core team of the NATO-Georgia Substantial Package.
The meeting highlighted the importance of support provided for the development of the Border Police and the productive cooperation between the two sides, the Georgian Border Police press service said on Monday.
Tamazashvili thanked Meric for his contribution to the development of the Georgian Border Police and for their cooperation, wished him success in his future work and presented him with a commemorative gift.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Head of the Georgian Border Police Administration Tamta Danelia and Head of the International Relations Division Ramaz Papidze.
