Russian invaders have suffered record losses since the start of the year, according to a statement by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, shared on social media.

Syrskyi reported that the total number of Russian personnel losses since the beginning of the year has exceeded 140,000 (140,650).

“The occupiers’ attempts to break through our defenses are resulting in record losses for the Russian invaders,” he stated.

Syrskyi also thanked Ukrainian soldiers for their resilience and precision on the battlefield.
