Estonia is prepared to shoot down Russian targets if they violate its airspace, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said during a meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha‎ on Monday.

Asked by journalists whether Estonia was ready to act if Russian targets appeared near its borders, Tsahkna said: “A very simple answer, as President Trump says: we will shoot them down. NATO has had protocols on this for 20 years. The Alliance is ready to defend its territory”, he stated.
