New bus service links Kutaisi airport to city center

Starting today, passengers flying into Kutaisi airport will enjoy a new transportation option to and from the city center. A dedicated bus service has been introduced, catering to passengers of all airlines.

For a fare of 5 GEL, payable by any bank card, travelers can avail themselves of this service. The buses, acquired by the Union of Georgian Airports at a cost of 1,398,300 GEL from GT Group LLC, are equipped to accommodate at least 45 passengers each, including those with disabilities.

The bus departing from Kutaisi airport will make a stop at Rustaveli 9a, located in front of the DMO Imereti building. Previously, the bus service only ran between Kutaisi airport and Tbilisi or Batumi.
