Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili has expressed her willingness to take on the responsibility of a second term in office. In an interview with Le Figaro, she emphasized her commitment to guiding Georgia back onto the path toward Europe.
“I am ready to take on a great responsibility, including a second term, to ensure Georgia returns to the European path. If the charter I proposed comes into effect, I am prepared to act as a negotiator with our European partners,” Zurabishvili stated.
Her comments signal a continued focus on strengthening Georgia’s ties with Europe amidst ongoing political challenges.
